To ensure the competence & improvements of all employees in performing the assigned quality
responsibilities by allocating training to all staffs of at least 24 hours per year.

COMMITMENT
Committed to complete all projects inline within the Customer's required timeline.
COMPLIANCE
To comply with all contract terms & conditions and also statutory & regulatory requirements by reducing 10% per year Non-Conformance during IQA (Internal Quality Audit)
CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION
To achieve more than 85% of customer's satisfaction by conducting survey every year.
